You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You may not extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions.

Service Modifications

The developer reserves the right to make changes and charge for services. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

Data and Security

Users bear responsibility for device security. The app processes personal data and relies on third-party services including Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.

Internet Dependencies

The app requires active internet connectivity. McFarlane Apps cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

User Obligations

Users accept responsibility for any data charges from their mobile provider, including roaming fees when using the app outside their home region.

Updates and Termination

The developer may update the app and can terminate service at any time without notice. Users must accept updates to continue using the app.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
